  • WHO CAN PLAY?
    Everyone is welcome! Our rooms are challenging but are all family friendly.
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
    1-3 Players $31.50 4-10 Players $29.50 Kids under 6 play free
  • HOW MANY GROUPS ARE IN A ROOM?
    All of our games will book as private rooms for your group only.
  • HOW DO I PLAY?
    You choose your teammates, you choose your adventure, and you reserve your time! When you arrive, your Game Master will quickly explain the safety rules and strategies for success…then your game will begin! You will have 60 minutes to complete your adventure.
  • WHAT IF I'M LATE?
    The Escape will start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled game time and don’t be late. You may be allowed into the room early, but no extra time will be provided. If you arrive late, you will be allowed into the room, but time may be deducted, as we must stay on schedule.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
    We do not offer refunds if you need to cancel but we’d gladly help you reschedule. There are no exceptions to our refund policy.
  • WILL I BE IN A ROOM WITH STRANGERS?
    All of our games are private bookings. That means you'll never play with strangers!
  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
    Just your sense of adventure! All the tools needed to solve the puzzles can be found in the room or in your head.
  • CAN WE BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?
    No food or beverages are permitted in the room.
  • I HAVE A PARTY OF 10. CAN WE ALL PLAY IN THE SAME ROOM TOGETHER?
    All of our games accommodate up to 10 players comfortably.
  • ARE THE DOORS REALLY LOCKED?
    No, you may exit the room at any time. Safety is always our top priority.
  • SOMEONE IN OUR GROUP IS CLAUSTROPHOBIC. HOW BIG ARE THE ROOMS?
    Our rooms are designed in an older building with spacious layouts and oversized windows, so they feel open and airy. Claustrophobia is rarely an issue, but if anyone feels uncomfortable, they can leave the room at any time.
  • IS IT SCARY?
    No. We promise to keep you entertained in a fun safe environment.
  • ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS?
    Our rooms are challenging and we recommend kids 10 years of age and up, unless otherwise noted. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 6 and under will be admitted free for every paid adult. We do not provide childcare. You are responsible for monitoring young children at all times.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T ESCAPE IN TIME?
    At the end of 60 minutes, your Game Master will “unlock” the room.
